Where we ship from: Every rug ships directly from Kabul, Afghanistan.

Delivery window: 2–5 weeks, stated on every listing. You receive a tracking number the moment your rug is handed to the courier.

How it's packed: Each rug is rolled or folded into a courier box, packed carefully, and photographed before sealing. Every shipment is insured for its full value.

Customs: 

Every shipment is declared honestly — hand-knotted wool carpet, made in Afghanistan — at its real value. Any duties or import taxes for your country are calculated and shown at checkout, so there’s nothing hidden — you know the full total before you pay. If a courier or customs office contacts you separately, message us before paying anything.
