How it's packed: Each rug is rolled or folded into a courier box, packed carefully, and photographed before sealing. Every shipment is insured for its full value.

Customs: Every shipment is declared honestly — hand-knotted wool carpet, made in Afghanistan — at its real value. US and Canadian import processing is included in our prices; you pay nothing extra at delivery. If a courier or customs office contacts you, message us before paying anything.

Delays: International routes occasionally slow down. If tracking stalls, contact us — we watch every shipment until it is on your floor.
