Refunds & Replacements

Every rug is a one-of-a-kind piece shipped from Afghanistan, so our policy is simple and stated plainly:

Damaged or wrong item: Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Every shipment is insured and photographed before the box is sealed.

Cancellation before dispatch: Full refund, no questions asked. If your rug has not yet been handed to the courier, we simply cancel.

All other cases: Because returning a rug to Afghanistan is not practical, all sales are otherwise final. Every listing shows real daylight photos, video of the exact piece, precise measurements, and honest condition notes — and we answer any question before you buy.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
