Every rug ships directly from our partner shops in Kabul, Afghanistan. That journey is real — and we're honest about what it takes.
Delivery time: 2–5 weeks
You receive a tracking number the moment your rug is handed to the courier, along with a short note telling your rug's story — where it was woven and what the pattern means.
How your rug travels
Each piece is rolled or folded (yes, rugs fold safely — even a 6x9 fits a normal courier box), packed, and photographed before the box is sealed. Every shipment is insured and honestly declared at customs: hand-knotted wool carpet, made in Afghanistan.
Duties and fees
US import processing is already built into our prices — no surprise charges at your door. If a courier or customs office contacts you about anything, message us before paying and we'll sort it out.
Cancellations
Changed your mind before your rug is dispatched? Full refund, no questions. Once it's with the courier, the delivery window applies.
